I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of this guest house. The soft colors and comfortable furniture create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas, including the pool and lounge areas, were meticulously maintained and provided a serene ambiance for unwinding. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with well-maintained pathways and no stairs to climb. It was a relief to find a peaceful retreat that catered to the needs of older guests like myself.

I wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive and considerate of the noise levels. Although the guest house was generally quiet, there were a few instances where I was disturbed by the loud voices and sudden door slams from neighboring rooms.

The staff at this guest house are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are also spacious and clean, with big comfy beds that ensure a good night's sleep. Another great aspect is the breakfast, which is served to your room and made to order. It's a great way to start the day and adds a personal touch to your stay.

One minor downside is that the bed in room 4 is quite creaky, which can be a bit annoying. the guest house can be a bit difficult to find initially, but it is actually very close to good restaurants and the beach.

The value for money at this place was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic hot shower. The location was lovely and quiet, just a short walk away from the main road and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us by name and ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

Menu for breakfast could be more varied, with options like a mushroom omelette or additional fruits like pineapple or papaya.

I had a fantastic stay at the guest house. The room was clean, bright, and cozy just like in the pictures. The bathroom was well-maintained and they provided shampoo, soap, and clean towels. I appreciated having a fridge, TV, and good wifi in the room. The staff was friendly and gave us a warm welcome. I highly recommend Abyan Guest House for a stay in Sanur.

I stayed at Abyan Guest House for a week while exploring the beautiful beaches and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a fridge for convenience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and main street. The pool, although a bit smaller than expected, was still enjoyable. it was a great stay at Abyan Guest House.

Totally recommend this hotel.

It was well-equipped with swings, slides, and even a small climbing wall. The children couldn't get enough of it! , the dry cleaning service was a great convenience for us as parents. It meant that we could easily refresh our clothes during our stay without any hassle. Abyan Guest House provided wonderful amenities for families.

For dads, it would be great if the guest house offered a babysitting service. As a parent, I would have liked to have a few hours to relax and explore Sanur on my own, without having to worry about the kids.

Just returned from an 11-night stay at Abyan and it was perfect! the staff, Wayan, Desa, Putu, and Made. the location is quiet but still close to the beach, supermarkets, and cafes. the room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the staff even allowed us to check-in early and keep our room until 4pm, which was very convenient. a wonderful experience!
